The Simón PRO Micarta Small Butcher’s Cleaver features a distinctive half-moon blade profile, inspired by traditional tools found in Madrid butcher shops. Forged in Spain from thick, tempered steel, it’s engineered to endure impacts and tackle medium-sized bones with ease.

Its concave edge system delivers efficient cuts while preserving long-term sharpness. The one-piece full-tang construction ensures strength and balance, while the 12mm-thick linen micarta handle provides a secure, ergonomic grip. Hand-polished and fitted with smooth oval stainless steel pins, it's both functional and beautiful.

This cleaver comes with a hand-stitched full-grain black leather sheath at no additional cost.

Usage & Care:

• Ideal for cutting poultry, beef, and pork ribs.
• Use only on wood or food-safe fiber cutting boards. Avoid cutting on hard surfaces (stone, exotic hardwoods, granite, marble) as they may damage the edge.
• If using a dishwasher, dry thoroughly with a cloth post-wash to prevent spotting. Aggressive cycles may scratch the blade.
• Store separately from other utensils to protect the edge—preferably in a knife block or sheath.
