Its concave edge system delivers efficient cuts while preserving long-term sharpness. The one-piece full-tang construction ensures strength and balance, while the 12mm-thick linen micarta handle provides a secure, ergonomic grip. Hand-polished and fitted with smooth oval stainless steel pins, it's both functional and beautiful.
This cleaver comes with a hand-stitched full-grain black leather sheath at no additional cost.
Usage & Care:
- Ideal for cutting poultry, beef, and pork ribs.
- Use only on wood or food-safe fiber cutting boards. Avoid cutting on hard surfaces (stone, exotic hardwoods, granite, marble) as they may damage the edge.
