The Simón PRO Micarta Santoku is crafted in Spain from hand-forged steel and undergoes thermal treatment for optimal strength, including quenching and tempering. It features a linen micarta handle with stainless steel rivets.

Designed with a hollow-ground blade to prevent food from sticking, it's ideal for chopping vegetables as well as slicing deli meats and cheeses. The blade is hand-sharpened using ceramic waters tones and comes with a genuine black hand-stitched leather sheath at no additional cost. A true Spanish kitchen classic, handmade in Albacete.
