This rectangular-style vegetable cleaver from the Simón PRO Micarta series is handcrafted in Spain using heat-treated tempered steel for excellent durability. The blade undergoes quenching, tempering, and final grinding to achieve superior balance and cutting performance.

Its wide, mirror-polished blade is ideal for quick and efficient chopping of all types of vegetables. The edge is sharpened by hand on Japanese ceramic water stones, delivering a superbly refined cutting experience. The broad blade keeps the handle elevated for greater comfort and safety while slicing.

Made in Albacete, Spain, this cleaver features an ivory-colored linen micarta handle with excellent grip and long-lasting durability. The handle is fully riveted to the full-tang blade and is dishwasher-safe (though handwashing is recommended for best results).
