The blade features an elegant satin finish achieved through an electrolysis treatment process and includes a fuller (air groove) that enhances both appearance and functionality.

Its handle is made from carefully selected olive root wood, prized for its unique grain patterns, natural warmth, and comfortable feel in the hand. The knife utilizes an adjustable Allen-pin construction secured with screws rather than rivets, providing enhanced durability and easier maintenance. Expansion joints are incorporated into the handle design to help prevent cracking and ensure long-term stability as the wood naturally ages.

For safe operation, the knife is equipped with a traditional back lock mechanism, providing a secure blade lock during demanding cutting tasks. Each knife is individually assembled, ground, polished, and sharpened by hand in Spain.
