Simón Criollo Large Knife – Stag Horn Handle

Handcrafted in Spain by Simón Madrid, the Criollo long-format knife is forged from Böhler N695 steel, a high-performance alloy with 1.05% carbon and 16.70% chromium—delivering exceptional edge retention, hardness, and corrosion resistance.

Its handle is made from selected, sanitized stag horn, externally pinned with eight decorative steel studs (no rivets), offering a secure and elegant grip. The knife includes a brown full-grain leather sheath with a belt loop, vegetable-tanned for durability and style.

This knife features a hollow-ground blade, hand-sharpened with a ceramic water stone, and is fully hand-assembled, ground, and polished in Spain. Available in two sizes and two handle options: olive root wood or authentic stag horn, both meticulously finished.
